That has been my favorite ever since. After she finished the book, I begged my mom to take me to our public library so I could get a copy and read it on my own. Long story short…. I went to my room probably around 8 pm and after I finished reading the book, I would just re-start it. Then I stayed up until 3 am re-read the book. My mom got so mad at she wouldn’t let me check out any more book for a week. And that was the worst punishment you could give me, because that meant I wasn’t allowed to read at all.
